Mr. Takanao Tanaka
Mr. Tanaka has been cooking Chinese cuisine since the age of 15. He is always thinking up ways to add the essence of nouvelle chinois to his culinary creations. In 2007, he was appointed as chef de cuisine of “Karin” Chinese restaurant inside the ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka (formerly Osaka ANA Hotel). In 2008, he was conferred the title of “Culinary Master” by the Les Amis d’Escoffier Society.
