    In 1983, he joined the ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Osaka (then ANA Sheraton hotel in Osaka) from the launch date. He was also involved in the opening of four new restaurant outlets in the hotel group and in 2010, became Banqueting Head Chef at the ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Osaka.
    An aficionado of ice sculpture as well as cuisine, for which he has received numerous awards and is concurrently also the local manager for the Japan Ice Sculpture Osaka NPO.
