客室の清掃・アメニティ
従来より更に強化されたIHGの衛生基準「IHG Way of Clean」ならびに「IHG Clean Promise®」に基づき、客室の 徹底した衛生管理を行っております。客室内のアメニティも一部仕様を変更しております
スリッパ、消毒用スプレー
スリッパは、クローゼットの中にございます。また、消毒用スプレーをご用意させていただいておりますので、ご自由にお使いください。
ご滞在中の清掃時間
連泊でご滞在のお客様には、清掃員とお客様の接点を減らすため事前にご希望の清掃時間をお伺いしております。
10:00～15:30の間でご都合の良い清掃時間をお知らせ下さい。
プライバシーサイン
ベッド横のパネルもしくは入口ドア付近にプライバシーサインをご用意しております。
サイン点灯中はスタッフの入室は行いません。

クラブフロアをご予約のお客様は、朝食はクラブラウンジでのご提供となります。

Notice of Change in Room Service Hours
Please be informed that, effective Thursday, May 1, 2025, our business hours will be changed to 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your kind understanding.

At ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka, the safety and well-being of our guests and employees are always our top priority. We are temporarily changing some of our service operations until further notice. Please feel free to contact our Front Office team by dialing ext 2 for any questions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
Guest room cleaning and Amenities
Under the guideline of IHG Way of Clean and IHG Clean Promise, guest rooms are cleaned with extensive disinfection and sanitization by alcohol-based sanitizer once vacated. Also some amenities have been changed.
Slippers and Hand sanitizer
Slippers are placed in the closet. Please feel free to use the hand sanitizer on the desk for your more safe and comfortable stay.
Housekeeping service
Housekeeping service is available between 10:00-15:30. To avoid contact with the cleaning staff, we would like to collect an appropriate cleaning timing. Please call the front desk if you have a special request time for cleaning.
Privacy light
Privacy light is placed on the bed panel or near the door. Hotel staffs will not enter the room if the privacy lights are on. For smooth cleaning, please turn off the privacy light if you would like the room to be clean when you leave the room.
Safety box
Safety box is placed in the guest room.
Temperature control
Temperature control panel is placed on the wall.

*We will resume providing rental items such as swimsuits, goggles, training wear, shoes, lotions, hair conditioners, etc.
*We regret to inform you that our in-house pool and sauna facility, “Santeroi,” will permanently close on Monday, June 30, 2025, in advance of the hotel’s closure.
*Please note that from Tuesday, July 1, 2025, the pool and sauna on the 5th floor will no longer be available for use.
*The fitness room will remain accessible.
