从15嵗起积纍中国料理的经验,设计出了一道又一道糅合了“中西融合菜”精华的中国料理。2007年就任大坂全日空皇冠假日酒店(当时为 大坂全日空酒店)”中国料理花梨”的厨师长,2008年获法国国际埃斯科菲耶协会”Les Amis d’Escoffier Society””美食大师”奖。
